What you will enjoy!

Typical Schedule (will be verified during the week of the retreat)
Friday Afternoon--4-6pm
**If your arrival is delayed there will be a makeup time for Friday activities on Saturday or Sunday
- Introduction—meet and greet
- Running or walking form evaluation by Jeff
- Two strength exercises: Arm Running & Toe Squincher
- Standard warm up before a workout
- Drills—Cadence and Acceleration-Glider
- Jeff Galloway Method—Including how to run faster with more fun using run walk run®
- Dinner on your own—with a designated restaurant for those who want to gather and talk
Saturday (start time varies with sunrise and weather)
- Warmup
- Drills
- Hills—for strength--how to run or walk uphill and downhill
- Mental Control for motivation and
- How to extend endurance
- How to be Injury-Free
- Nutrition
- How to improve running/walking form—to be smoother and faster
- How to improve speed
- Setting up the training schedule
Afternoon Free Time
- Dinner on your own-- with a designated restaurant for those who want to gather and talk
Sunday (usually 8am-noon)
- Run on trail loops around a scenic lake area and 3 communities
- Questions/Answers/Problem Solving
